The Engine Viewer is a software tool developed by MAN Diesel & Turbo to make the planning of engine rooms as reliable and comfortable as possible.
The basis are realistic 3D models of our four-stroke medium-speed engines (power range from 3000 kW up to 21,600 kW), developed especially for the planning of engine rooms. For precise drafts and layouts, the Engine Viewer also gives shipyards and engineering companies access to 2D drawings.
After configurating a virtual engine, the user gets a model with isometric views and installation drawings, including dismantling area and nozzle ports. A user-friendly navigation makes the data easy to download, in 3D and 2D.
